This complete solution, consisting of a touch-sensing unit and drilling tool, impressively demonstrates how one-shot countersinks can be introduced into components with thickness variations or shape deviations—reliably and fully automated.

The focus is on typical application materials such as fiber-reinforced composites, aluminum, and hybrid material structures.
